Nothing has finally released its latest phone, and we can’t help but be hyped about it. The Nothing Phone 3 offers features we have never seen before, which gives the company an upper hand in the market.
It has continued with its minimalist design, though, which is constant throughout all the phones.
What sets all the Nothing phones apart is the new Glyph Matrix, which is a series of dotted lights at the top back corner of your phone that are designed to notify you whenever you receive a notification and your phone is flat face down. This made things a lot more convenient for Android users.
However, there is a lot more to the Nothing Phone 3 than meets the eye, and let’s see what all those things are.
The Phone Features a Stellar Display
The primary display of the phone features a stunning 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and 4,500 nits at peak brightness. Not only that, but it also has a 120Hz refresh rate for a smoother screen experience.
This makes the Nothing Phone 3 the perfect option to stream as well as play games.
However, for a seamless streaming experience, you’ll need to connect your phone to a reliable internet service, such as the likes of Xfinity Internet. You can contact Xfinity Customer Service at any time to learn more about Xfinity’s plans and packages for the best streaming and gaming experience on your Nothing Phone 3.
It Has a Very Affordable Price Tag
Another thing that had me sold was the price tag that the phone came with. You can get the phone for just $799! In today’s day and age, I’d say that’s a pretty affordable price to pay for a phone that offers so many features.
The company also directly competes with OnePlus, which has always been known as the flagship killer.
Nothing has been giving OnePlus a lot of competition lately, and honestly, I was pretty conflicted between getting OnePlus and Nothing, too. However, my decision to go for Nothing has been “nothing” but great.
Introduction of the Glyph Matrix
Nothing was initially going to introduce the Glyph Interface, but they later scrapped the idea and replaced it with a Glyph Matrix instead, and honestly, I think it’s a much better idea. The Glyph Matrix is a tiny screen in one of the top corners at the back of your phone, and the micro-LED screen displays tiny dots that can give you notifications as soon as you get one on your phone.
You can even take a picture of yourself and turn it into a Glyph image that you can use as a sort of screensaver on the back of your phone. You’ll see a dotted image of yourself in the tiny screen, and I think it’s a pretty cool feature in the phone.
This Is the Camera-Phone to Get
Whenever I plan on upgrading my phone, I always put a lot of research into the camera. I’m very fond of phone photography, since I can’t just carry my DSLR everywhere, right? The same was the case when I was looking into the Nothing Phone 3.
I was actually shocked to see that the phone offers not two, not three, but four 50MP cameras! With one of them being the front camera.
This really let me test my photography limits and skills. The picture quality is the kind that has people asking me which phone I use, and they find it pretty amusing when I reply with “Nothing”. Laughs and giggles aside, the phone has a pretty stellar camera, the kind you wouldn’t want to miss out on.
The Phone Gives You Ample Storage Space
Storage has always been one of my major concerns whenever I get a phone for myself. Keeping in mind how I’m very fond of phone photography, I need a lot of storage to save all those pictures and videos. Luckily enough, the Nothing Phone 3 offers 256GB of internal storage paired with 12GB of RAM.
Not only does this give a lot of internal storage, but the massive RAM also ensures that the phone runs as smoothly as possible. However, if you add $100 more to your budget and spend $899, you can get 512GB worth of storage space with 16GB, which will further enhance your phone’s performance.
So, in the end, it just depends on what your preference is and how much storage you require for yourself.
This was everything you needed to know about the latest Nothing Phone 3 before you go ahead and buy one for yourself. Just make sure you put in all the research, so that you can get the version of the phone you need.
